MAGnificent Saturdays welcomes all ages and abilities to participate in a fun art project every week. We supply the materials, the studio, and the instructions - you supply the imagination! There are also program artists available to help with any art related questions you may have. This is a wonderful opportunity for learning, creating, and exploring new materials.
Our galleries are open 10 am-4:30 pm to visitors each Tuesday-Saturday. See the exhibition World War Women (opens September 4, 2021), and be sure to check out our Calendar of Events to view all upcoming programs this month (there are lots)!
Meet the Street Arts & Culture Festival is an inclusive arts and culture experience that celebrates visual and performance art, music and creates meaningful community partnerships in Red Deer's downtown core.
Downtown Red Deer will come alive with art, music, performances and community from September 3-5, 2021. There will be a celebration of the new lights, speakers and murals in Alley 49.5 and Alley 50.5 (parallel and adjacent to Ross Street)!
Live entertainment, a street art fair, Bizarre Bazaar artisan market and community pop-up activities are just a few of the highlights you can look forward to at this new annual event, Red Deer's official kick-off to Alberta Culture Days and the Month of the Artist.
