Transparent Landscape #2, Pierre Oberg

Pierre is a proud prairie boy and has always referenced his love for the land in his artwork. He brilliantly challenges the viewer of his art to reflect on their own relationship to the environment in the many layers of symbolism he works with. In, Transparent Landscape #2 Artful Appeasements, Pierre has created a sculpture that incorporates a field stone and county maps into a living room coffee table to initiate a conversation about our association with the environment.
