Welcome to our first Work of the Week post! Well, not actually. You may have seen similar posts on our Facebook page over the years, but this is the first of a series of posts you can look forward to seeing weekly right on our blog. Without further ado, this Week's Work is:

In 2019, acclaimed Central Alberta artist, Dave More, donated approximately 200 works of art to The MAG and we want to show these paintings and drawings off! Many years ago, the artist and his wife purchased a church and manse in the small town of Benalto where Dave established his studio in the old church and Yvette, his wife, became passionate about developing the yard and gardens they now call, “Benhaven”. It has become the subject of many of Dave’s artworks as it matured and grew.
