At this month's camps, you will create art that celebrates life on our planet and learn about what fossils can teach us about the Earth! Get inspired by the museum's current exhibit, Carbon Copy by local artists Jennifer Wanner and Teena Dickerson, then create sculptures, do an outdoor scavenger hunt, paint prehistoric sea creatures, and more!
Children will create their own artwork. Supervised outdoor time is also included, as well as time to explore our galleries and Remarkable Red Deer. Please provide your own lunch & snacks, and bring appropriate outdoor clothing. *Important Note: MAG Day Camps are peanut/nut free. Please ensure the snacks & lunch provided for your child do not contain peanuts or nuts.
Download & fill out the registration form and either email it (to museum@reddeer.ca), or bring it to the MAG in person, by no later than 3 business days prior to the camp start date. Please review the Parent Info Sheet (COVID-19) prior to your child's attendance in the camp.
Select either the regular or member rate from the appropriate Age Group drop down (add more children to the same age group once you check-out). Not a member? Select the regular price, or become a member!
