This course will teach you how to use the Grid Method to proportionately enlarge your image and draw it on canvas. We will then move into colour blocking your image with paint, colour mixing, and using multiple layers of paint to give your artwork depth and dimension. You will start with a blank canvas, and at the end of the 6 weeks you will have a MAGnificent flower painting! You will also have had some great conversations and coffee with like minded individuals.

Program runs select Tuesdays from 9 am - 12 noon, in person at the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery. $100/MAG members, $120/non-members. Pre-register. For ages 18+. This course is suitable for all skill levels. Beginners are welcome!
