As the MAG is in a City-owned facility, we are adhering to City of Red Deer policy and taking part in the provincial Restrictions Exemption Program. Visitors aged 12 and older will need to provide proof of vaccination, proof of vaccination exemption, or proof of a negative test result. Join our Guest Curator, Nicole Parson-Admussen, for a guided tour of the exhibition, Sacrifice, Hope, Friendship: Canada and the Liberation of Holland. Guided tour starts at 2 pm. Free to attend.

 

Sacrifice, Hope, Friendship: Canada and the Liberation of Holland explores the Canadian and Dutch experience during and after the Second World War. Artwork, photographs, and artifacts work together to tell the stories. This exhibition is on display at the MAG from January 18 - March 22, 2020, alongside Anne Frank: A History for Today.
