Join us in exploring Inuit culture through these prints and a selection of Inuit artifacts and sculpture.

In December of 1983, Dr. Kathleen Anderson Swallow, a local collector of Inuit and Native Art donated her collection to the Red Deer and District Museum. Cape Dorset prints comprised a large portion of her donation.

"I have not received a list of the Kenojuak engravings. I have a copy of the Baker Lake Catalogue, but I do not think their work as good as Cape Dorset." Dr. Kathleen Anderson Swallow correspondence, July 30, 1970.
